目的通过数字 X 线摄影(DR)系统在腰椎摄影检查中的应用,评价 DR 低剂量的优越性。方法利用 CDRAD 2.0低对比细节体模评价计算机摄影(CR)和 DR 的影像质量及表面空气吸收剂量(ESD)的关系,分别利用两个系统(DR 使用 ESD 约为 CR 的1/3)得到30例腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰椎影像30幅。由6名影像科医师来评价以上二者对于 L1和 L2横突骨小梁显影的清晰程度。结果单独影像观察中,两组影像科医师对 CR 和 DR 影像的判别结果之间差异无统计学意义(t=0.369,P>0.05);比较影像观察中,影像科医师在 CR 和 DR 的影像之间判断横突骨小梁的清晰程度差异无统计学意义(t=0.471,P>0.05)。结论 DR 较好的分辨率和低噪声特性,以及高量子检测效率(DQE)有助于减少患者接受的辐射剂量,而不影响诊断质量。
Objective To evaluate the superiority of DR low dose by using digital radiography (DR) system in lumbar radiography. Methods The CDRAD 2.0 low-contrast detail phantom was used to evaluate the relationship between computer-assisted imaging (CR) and DR image quality and surface air-absorbed dose (ESD) using two systems (DR using ESD at approximately 1% of CR) Cases of lumbar disc herniation in patients with 30 images. Six imaging physicians evaluated the clarity of the above two for the development of L1 and L2 transverse trabecular bone. Results There was no significant difference between the two radiologists in distinguishing the CR and DR images (t = 0.369, P> 0.05). In the comparative image observation, the radiologists in the CR and DR images There was no significant difference in the clarity of transverse trabecular (t = 0.471, P> 0.05). Conclusion The better resolution and low noise of DR, as well as the high quantum efficiency (DQE), can help to reduce the radiation dose received by patients without affecting the quality of diagnosis.
