校市共建共享图书馆的模式有：共建馆舍,运营经费投入缺失型;短期＂共建＂,长期共享型;合资共建,共享服务缺失型;共建共享,持续投入型。校市共建共享图书馆呈现出馆舍的公共性、文献资源共享性、职能的双重性等特点。校市共建共享体育场馆的模式有：政府出钱、高校出地共建,学校拥有所有权型;政府出钱、出地与高校共建型;政府补助、校市双方共建共享型,其表现出公共性、非盈利性的特点。校市共建共享城市文体设施在地理位置选择、管理体制、运行机制和服务对象权益等方面都存在不少问题。","That the pattes of co-building and sharing library between university and city govement are discussed in this paper include types of co-building and operation funding missing,co-building and long-term sharing,co-building and sharing missing,and co-building and sharing.There are some nature characters including building public,literature resources sharing and dual functions in the library of co-building and sharing between university and city govement.There are natures of public and non-profit in the co-building and sharing gymnasiums with the pattes of including the types of investing by govement,land transferring and owning by university,investing and land transferring by govement and co-building with university,and allowancing by govement and co-building between university and city govement.There are some problems in the location,management and operation systems,rights about serving people and etc.,of the culture and sports facilities built between university and city govement.
