研究了吸收与未吸收硝化甘油(NG)这两种包覆单基发射药在老化过程中力学性能与界面粘接强度的变化规律,实验结果表明,吸收了NG的单基药能明显改善其界面粘接强度,在不同温度条件下老化后都不脱粘,符合低温度系数发射药的技术要求并取得最佳弹道效果。
The changes of mechanical properties and interfacial adhesion strength between two kinds of single-coated propellants, absorbed and non-absorbed nitroglycerin (NG), were investigated. The experimental results showed that the single base drug absorbed NG could significantly improve its mechanical properties and adhesion strength. Interface bonding strength, aging at different temperature conditions are not debonding, in line with the technical requirements of low temperature coefficient propellant and get the best ballistic effect.
