一体化作业标准体系是供电企业成长和发展的必备,也是公司中长期发展战略的主体内容之一。文章以中山供电局为例,通过业务流程梳理等步骤,提出了基于一体化作业标准体系的管理方案。该方案切实促进了生产管理水平提高,实现班组减负,释放管理红利,可作为其他企业推进一体化作业标准体系建设提供思路。
Integrated operating standards system is the growth of power supply enterprises and the development of the necessary, but also the company’s mid-term development strategy of the main content. Taking Zhongshan Power Supply Bureau as an example, the article puts forward a management scheme based on integrated operation standard system through the steps such as combing business processes. The program has effectively promoted the improvement of production management, reduced the burden on management teams and released management bonus, which can be used as a guideline for other enterprises to promote the integration of standard operating system.
