目的 研究甲状腺癌组织中CD15抗原和bcl 2基因蛋白的表达与肿瘤发生和转移的关系 ,并探讨CD15与bcl 2基因蛋白表达的关系。方法 应用微波 LSAB免疫组织化学法检测 5 0例甲状腺癌、45例甲状腺腺瘤和 2 0例癌旁正常甲状腺组织中CD15和bcl 2基因蛋白表达。结果 在甲状腺癌组织中CD15和bcl 2基因蛋白表达阳性率分别为 68.0 %和 46.0 % ,均显著高于甲状腺腺瘤和癌旁正常甲状腺组织 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;CD15和bcl 2表达阳性率均与甲状腺癌淋巴结转移相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但与甲状腺癌组织类型无明显关系 (P >0 .0 5 )。CD15表达与bcl 2表达呈明显正相关性。结论 CD15和bcl 2表达对预测甲状腺癌转移和评估预后是一重要的参考指标
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of CD15 antigen and bcl 2 protein in thyroid carcinoma and its relationship with tumorigenesis and metastasis, and to explore the relationship between CD15 and bcl 2 gene protein expression. Methods Microwave LSAB immunohistochemical method was used to detect the protein expression of CD15 and bcl 2 in 50 cases of thyroid cancer, 45 cases of thyroid adenoma and 20 cases of normal thyroid tissue adjacent to cancer. Results The positive rate of CD15 and bcl 2 protein expression in thyroid cancer tissues were 68.0 % and 46.0%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of thyroid adenomas and adjacent normal thyroid tissues (P < 0.05); CD15 and bcl 2 expression The positive rate was associated with lymph node metastasis in thyroid cancer (P < 0.05), but it was not significantly related to thyroid cancer tissue type (P > 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between CD15 expression and bcl 2 expression. Conclusion The expression of CD15 and bcl 2 is an important reference for predicting the metastasis of thyroid cancer and evaluating the prognosis.
