办好一所广播电视大学,工作千头万绪。总结电大12年来的办学实践,笔者认为在当前,主要应抓住两个问题,一是要坚持和保证社会主义办学方向,即把握好“方向”问题;二是要寻求提高办学效益、增强电大活力的办学机制,即解决好“动力”问题。处理和解决好这两个问题,是电大坚持四项基本原则。坚持改革开放的大政方针的具体落实和体现。也是在治理整顿的宏观背景下电大管理改革的深化。对教师工作实行评估,则是电大管理改革深化的重要组成部分。本文试图从理论与实践的结合上,对广播电视大学教师工作评估进行探索,抛砖引玉,以期推进这方面研究工作的深入。
Run a good radio and television university, a multitude of things. Summing up the TVU’s 12 years of running school practice, I believe that at present, we should seize the two major issues, one is to adhere to and ensure the socialist direction of running a school, that is, grasp the “direction”; the second is to seek to improve the efficiency of running a school, Vibrant school system, that is, to solve the “motivation” issue. To deal with and solve these two problems, it is TVU’s four basic principles. Adhere to the concrete implementation and embodiment of the major policies of reform and opening up. It is also the deepening of the management reform of TV universities under the macro-control of rectification. Evaluating teachers’ work is an important part of deepening the reform of TVU management. This article tries to explore the evaluation of teachers’ work in radio and TV universities from the combination of theory and practice, and give some suggestions in order to promote the further research work in this field.
