对38例正常男性进行精液生精细胞染色体的直接低渗制备和G显带核型分析，成功率为68．4％。正常组中总畸变率为3．71％，不有男性中总畸变率分别为无精症组153％，少精症组6．5％，妻流产组7．7％，精索静脉曲张组6．25％，均较正常人纷增加。在流产组中，染色体以数目畸变为主。
Direct hypotonic preparation and G-banding karyotype analysis were performed on 38 normal males with a success rate of 68.4%. In the normal group, the total aberration rate was 3.71%. In the non-men, the total aberration rate was 153% in the azoospermia group, 6.5% in the oligozoospermia group, 7.7% in the wasting group and 7.7% in the varicocele group 6.25%, all increased more than normal. In the abortion group, chromosomes are predominantly distorted in number.
