对联合收割机轴流式脱粒滚筒的控制问题进行了讨论,给出了脱粒滚筒恒速控制模型。以联合收割机的行走速度为控制量,在作物密度变化的情况下,通过无级变速装置改变行走速度,保持喂入量恒定,从而控制滚筒转速稳定。设计了PID恒速控制器,给出了仿真结果。仿真结果表明控制器是有效的和可行的。
The control of the combine barrel axial-flow threshing drum is discussed, and the threshing drum constant-speed control model is given. With the walking speed of the combine harnessed as the control variable, the speed of the drum is controlled by changing the walking speed and keeping the feeding constant under the condition of the crop density change. PID constant speed controller is designed and the simulation results are given. Simulation results show that the controller is effective and feasible.
