目的:探讨脑胶质瘤细胞增殖和凋亡的水平以及与 脑胶质瘤病理级别的关系.方法:选择83例脑胶质瘤标本, 采用免疫组化SABC法和TUNEL法分别检测PCNA蛋白的表 达和凋亡细胞,计算脑胶质瘤增殖指数(PI)和凋亡指数 (AI),评定脑胶质瘤日常生长水平(ODG).结果:脑胶质瘤 PI,AI及ODG分别为(28±19)%,(1.0±0.8)%和(12± 10)%,三者均随脑胶质瘤病理级别的增高而升高(P< 0.01),三者在恶性胶质瘤均显著高于良性胶质瘤(P< 0.01).结论:PI,ODG及AI能较为客观地反映脑胶质瘤细胞 恶性增殖和凋亡的水平,可作为判定脑胶质瘤病理级别有价 值的参考指标.
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between glioma cell proliferation and apoptosis as well as the pathological grade of glioma.Methods: 83 cases of glioma were selected and immunohistochemical SABC and TUNEL methods were used to detect the expression of PCNA protein (PI) and apoptotic index (AI) of glioma were calculated and the daily growth of glioma was evaluated.Results: The PI, AI and ODG of glioma were ( 28 ± 19%, (1.0 ± 0.8)% and (12 ± 10)%, all of which were increased with the pathological grade of glioma (P <0.01) (P <0.01) .Conclusion: PI, ODG and AI can objectively reflect the level of malignant proliferation and apoptosis of glioma cells, which can be used as a valuable reference to determine the pathological grade of glioma index.
