在辅助生殖治疗过程中，正确评估卵母细胞的质量对于治疗结局具有重要意义。对卵母细胞质量的评估方法有许多种，卵泡液获取方便，是目前对卵母细胞质量评估的最理想非侵入性指标。所以，卵泡液因子在评估卵母细胞质量中备受关注。大量研究表明，卵泡液中的甾体激素水平、促性腺激素水平及卵泡液中一些细胞因子均与卵母细胞质量具有相关性。近年来，卵泡液蛋白组学、代谢组学的研究成为主要趋势，也有望成为卵母细胞评估的重要工具。“,”During the treatment of assisted reproduction ,it is very important for the treatment outcomes to correctly evaluate the quality of oocytes.There are many kinds of methods for the evaluation of quality of oocytes,since the extraction of follicular fluid could be easily acquired ,it is currently the most ideal non-inva-sive index for evaluation of oocytes quality.Therefore,follicular fluid factors have got much attention in the evaluation of oocytes quality.A large number of studies showed that the levels of steroid hormone ,gonadotro-pin and some cytokines in the follicular fluid are associated with the quality of oocytes .In recent years,pro-teomics of follicular fluid and metabonomics have become a major trend , which hopefully will become an important tool for oocytes evaluation.
