以推土机底盘的推树机机械装置和机架为研究对象,采用理论计算与动态仿真相结合的方法对其力学性能进行了分析.在此基础上,建立了推树机顶推梁和机架结构的力学分析数学模型,并借助Matlab软件,加权应力最小的方法,对提升油缸与推土铲的铰点位置进行了优化,以提高机架抗疲劳强度.优化后,较大程度减小了机架所受应力极值,提高了机架梁安全因数.
