以4种彩叶植物为试材,在冬季自然低温下,对1年生休眠枝枝条内渗透物质含量的变化进行了测定,初步研究其与抗寒性的关系及不同树种渗透物质受低温胁迫其含量变化的规律。结果表明,可溶性蛋白含量变化除元宝枫外均表现为逐渐升高的趋势,可溶性糖表现为先升高后降低趋势,游离脯氨酸含量紫叶矮樱和鸡爪槭逐渐升高,而美国红栌和元宝枫表现为先升后降的趋势。
Four kinds of colorful plants were used as test materials to measure the changes of infiltration substances in 1-year-old dormant branches under natural low temperature in winter. The relationship between them and their cold resistance was studied. Changes in the content of the law. The results showed that the content of soluble protein increased except for Acer truncatum, soluble sugar showed the trend of increasing at first and then decreasing, the content of free proline increased gradually, while that of American maple Hongjian and Yuanbao showed the first increase and then decline.
