伴随着我国商品房市场的繁荣发展,售楼处作为一种介于展示建筑与商业建筑之间的新建筑类型应运而生,用以完成商品房销售的目的。随着行业竞争的加剧和购买者对楼房品质的更高诉求,售楼处的建筑形式也由最初的临时性建筑逐步转为结合居住区会所、配套商业等功能的可持续利用建筑。本文具体分析了我国售楼处建筑的发展现状与存在的问题,结合实例探讨售楼处的功能转换与可持续利用策略。
With the prosperous development of China’s commercial housing market, the sales office emerged as a new type of construction between the display and commercial buildings to complete the sale of commercial buildings. As competition in the industry intensified and buyers’ appetite for building quality rose, the sales office’s architectural form was gradually shifted from the initial temporary building to a sustainable building incorporating functions such as residential clubhouse and supporting commerce. This article concretely analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the sales office building in our country, and discusses the function transformation and sustainable utilization strategy of the sales office with examples.
