对分布于贵州毕节的高原山区苎麻资源进行考察和主要性状鉴定,筛选出各季麻纤维支数均在2200支上的苎麻资源5份,并对其进行生态条件分析、主要农艺性状遗传变异分析、提高产量的栽培技术等研究,结果表明,高支数苎麻资源是适应高海拔山区的低温高湿度变化而形成的高海拔低温多雾高支数苎麻品种生态型,具有植株较高、茎杆偏细、鲜皮较薄、鲜皮出麻率高、单蔸有效株率低、低产量的基因型特点,在原产地要提高产量应采用:①选择品种水箐青杆麻-1;②选择土层厚度≥45cm的土壤种植;③每hm2种植27000-31500蔸;④每hm2施用土杂肥15000kg作基肥,全年配施N225kg、P2O575kg、K2O225kg;⑤黑杆2/3时收获,并适时冬管等配套栽培措施,可大面积提高产量30%以上,纤维支数稳定2250支以上。提出开发毕节高支数苎麻资源的建议。
