目的:研究妊娠期糖尿病患者胎盘中炎性因子和脂肪因子的表达量及其与糖脂代谢的关系。方法:选择在本院产科分娩的产妇进行研究,包括妊娠期糖尿病产妇45例和健康产妇45例,分别纳入研究的GDM组和对照组。收集胎盘并测定炎性因子、脂肪因子含量以及糖脂代谢指标,收集血清并测定血糖指标。结果:GDM组胎盘组织中炎性因子NF-kB、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、Leptin、Visfatin、RBP-4、Chemerin、Nesfatin-1的含量明显高于对照组,Adiponectin含量明显低于对照组;GDM组的FBG、FINS以及HOMA-IR均高于对照组,HOMA-β低于对照组,GDM组胎盘中IRS-1、ISR-2、FATP-4、EL、LPL、FABP-1、FABP-3、FABP-4、FABP-5的含量明显低于对照组;糖脂代谢指标与炎性因子、脂肪因子含量具有相关性。结论:妊娠期糖尿病患者胎盘中炎性因子和脂肪因子表达量异常升高且与糖脂代谢指标具有相关性。
Objective: To study the expression of inflammatory factors and adipokines in the placenta of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and their relationship with the metabolism of glucose and lipids. Methods: The mothers of obstetric delivery in our hospital were selected, including 45 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus and 45 healthy mothers, which were included in the study of GDM group and control group respectively. The placenta was collected and the inflammatory factors, adiponectin and glucose and lipid metabolism were measured. The serum was collected and the blood glucose level was measured. Results: The levels of inflammatory cytokines NF-kB, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, Leptin, Visfatin, RBP-4, Chemerin and Nesfatin-1 in GDM group were significantly higher than those in control group , Adiponectin content was significantly lower than the control group; GDM group FBG, FINS and HOMA-IR were higher than the control group, HOMA-β lower than the control group, GDM group placenta IRS-1, ISR-2, FATP-4, EL , LPL, FABP-1, FABP-3, FABP-4 and FABP-5 were significantly lower than those of the control group. The indexes of glucose and lipid metabolism were correlated with the contents of inflammatory factors and adipokines. Conclusion: The expression of inflammatory and adiponectin in placenta of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus is abnormally elevated and correlates with the indicators of glucose and lipid metabolism.
