随着新课程改革的不断推进及普及,教育对于初中英语的教学提出了更高的要求。在初中英语教学的过程中,教师的教学行为对于课堂教学质量的提高起着重要的作用,英语教师作为学生学习英语过程中的引导者及组织者,其教学行为对学生产生着潜移默化的影响。因此,为了适应新形势下教育对于初中英语教学的要求,在初中英语教学中应当提高教师课堂教学行为的有效性。
With the continuous promotion and popularization of the new curriculum reform, education has put forward higher requirements for the teaching of junior high school English. In the process of junior high school English teaching, teachers ’teaching behavior plays an important role in improving the quality of classroom teaching. As a guide and organizer of English learning process, English teachers have a subtle influence on students’ teaching behavior. Therefore, in order to adapt to the new situation of education for junior high school English teaching requirements, English teaching in junior high schools should improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching behavior.
