目的:探讨太白蓼中绿原酸含量的正确测量方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kro-masil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸(13:87),流量为1mL·min-1,柱温为40℃;检测波长327nm。结果:实验结果实现了对太白蓼中各种元素色谱的分离和测定,结果显示在1.894~9.590μg/mL范围内的绿原酸呈现的线性关系比较稳定,各种类型、品种的平均加样回收率为100.0%,RSD=0.57%,并且经过测量,发现10批不同产地的平均药材含量在0.060%~0.20%。结论:该测量方法易于操作,准确性较高,适用于此种元素含量的测定。
Objective: To investigate the correct method of measuring chlorogenic acid in Polygonum. Methods: The column was Kro-masil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid (13:87) at a flow rate of 1 mL · min-1 and the column temperature 40 ℃; detection wavelength 327nm. Results: The experimental results achieved the separation and determination of the various elements of Polygonatum, the results showed that the linear relationship between the chlorogenic acid in the range of 1.894 ~ 9.590μg / mL showed a stable, average loading of various types and varieties The recovery was 100.0%, RSD = 0.57%, and after measurement, the average medicinal content of 10 batches of different producing areas was found to be 0.060% ~ 0.20%. Conclusion: The measurement method is easy to operate with high accuracy and suitable for the determination of the content of such elements.
