儿童腹型癫癎属于癫癎的部分性发作,临床表现为阵发性剧烈的腹痛,可伴有头痛、恶心呕吐以及面色苍白等症状,多数患者发作时,不伴随有意识障碍或抽搐.故常被误诊、漏诊.现将我科1997年1月-2003年1月确诊的15例腹型癫癎患儿的临床和脑电图表现报告如下.
