目的:研究异株百里香挥发油β-环糊精(β-CD)包合的制备工艺。方法:以挥发油利用率用正交设计法对异株百里香挥发油β-CD包合工艺进行选。结果:异株百里香挥发油与β-CD包合物最佳制备工艺是挥发油(mL)∶β-环糊精(g)为1∶6在30℃下包合60 min。结论:挥发油包合前后其化学成分没有明显变化,制备工艺适合挥发油包合物的制备。
Objective: To study the preparation technology of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) inclusion of the volatile oil of Thymus species. Methods: Orthogonal design was used to select β-CD inclusion of the essential oil of Thymus striatum with the utilization rate of volatile oil. Results: The optimum preparation process of essential oil of Thyme thyme and β-CD inclusion complex was volatile oil (mL): β-cyclodextrin (g) was 1: 6 and encapsulated at 30 ℃ for 60 min. Conclusion: Before and after the inclusion of volatile oil, its chemical composition does not change obviously. The preparation process is suitable for the preparation of volatile oil inclusion compound.
