本文阐述了体外心肺复苏器的工作原理及研制中的一些理论问题。该机采用交流电源,组合结构,具有各种指示讯号,以显示和监护器械的工作情况和效果。器械由有机协调的心脏按压和肺充气两职能系统组成,心脏按压频率和深度均可在工作指标范围内调节;肺充气量亦可按被抢救对象而异加以联动控制。临床验证,该体外心肺复苏器各项性能均达到规定的生理参数,经有关学科专家鉴定一致认为具有实用价值。
This article describes the working principle of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation in vitro and some theoretical problems in the development. The machine adopts AC power, combined structure, and has various indication signals to display and monitor the working conditions and effects of the equipment. The device consists of two organic systems: coordinated cardiac compression and lung inflation. The frequency and depth of cardiac compression can be adjusted within the scope of the work index. The amount of lung inflation can also be controlled by different targets. Clinically verified, the performance of the in vitro cardiopulmonary resuscitation has reached the specified physiological parameters, and has been identified by experts in relevant disciplines as having practical value.
