本文报道我院甲胎蛋白(AFP)阴性原发性旰癌65例的酶谱(r—GT,5'—NTLAP,ICD和AKP)检测结果,有一定的临床诊断意义)肝癌组的酶值及阳性率都高于非肝癌组,并有显著统计学的差异,P<0.01(表2)其中有11例经手术切除、病检证实为分化型和低分化型肝细胞癌,从而进一步证实上述酶的指标是一组敏感的肝癌标记物。本文采用多酶同测法,更有利于提高(AFP)阴性肝癌的诊断,且方法较简便,试剂易得,具有可以推广等优点。
This article reports the zymogram (r-GT, 5’-NTLAP, ICD and AKP) results of 65 cases of AFP negative primary carcinoid in our hospital. It has certain clinical diagnostic significance. The positive rate was higher than that of the non-hepatocarcinoma group, and there was a statistically significant difference between them. P<0.01 (Table 2), 11 of which had been surgically removed and confirmed by pathological examination as differentiated and poorly differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma, confirmed further. The indicator of the above enzyme is a group of sensitive liver cancer markers. This article uses multiple enzymes with the same method, more conducive to improve the diagnosis of (AFP)-negative liver cancer, and the method is relatively simple, easy-to-receive reagents, can be extended and so on.
