华北地区某220kV变电站在投入运行两年后,由于存在施工质量问题,挡墙上的围墙出现裂缝,影响变电站的安全运行。针对尽量减少对变电站正常运行的影响和减少占地的要求,提出了完全拆除重建、加扶壁支护及外加挡墙3种解决方案。经过详细分析比较,并结合站址地质特点,最终采用了外加挡墙的方案。该方案实施后,工程实践证明效果良好,并可为今后类似工程提供一定的借鉴。
After a 220kV substation in North China was put into operation for two years, due to the construction quality problems, the wall of the retaining wall cracks, affecting the safe operation of the substation. In order to minimize the impact on the normal operation of the substation and reduce the requirements of land occupation, three solutions are proposed, such as complete demolition and reconstruction, plus buttress support and additional retaining wall. After a detailed analysis and comparison, combined with site geological features, the final use of the wall plus the program. After the implementation of the program, engineering practice proved effective and can provide some reference for similar projects in the future.
