小檗,通称三颗针,属小檗科山檗属(Berberis)植物。此属植物在我国约有200种,资源丰富。尤其是西南、西北各省区蕴藏量很大。小檗根茎含小檗碱(即黄连素)等生物碱,是目前国内生产小檗碱的主要原料。本文研究了小檗中小檗碱的薄层层析分光光度比色测定法。小檗中小檗碱的含量测定法精密称取小檗根茎细末(于60℃烘过4小时的60目生药细末)0.5g,放入沙氏提取器中。用甲醇50 ml回流提取至无色。收回甲醇,残渣用95%乙醇2、1、1 ml 依次溶出,合并于5 ml 容量瓶中,加乙醇至刻度。用微量注射器吸取乙醇溶液25μl,用划线法点于硅胶 G 薄层板(5×20cm)上。同时点上0.1%盐酸小檗碱标准品的乙醇溶液一滴为对照。于层离槽中用氯
Small oysters, commonly known as three needles, belong to the genus Berberis. There are about 200 species of this genus in our country, which are rich in resources. In particular, the reserves in the southwest and northwestern provinces are very large. The alkaloids of berberine (ie, berberine) are the main raw materials for berberine production in China.
