四、苏南卫生现代化目标与主要指标体系 1.目标:人人享有健康保障。 2.主要指标体系(一级指标): (1)国家卫生城市达标率50％,全国卫生城市达标率50％; (2)城乡健康保障制度覆盖率95％; (3)城乡初级卫生保健达标率100％; (4)城乡妇幼保健保偿覆盖率100％; (5)城乡社区卫生服务与全科医疗(家庭医生)覆盖率95％;
