目的探讨16层螺旋CT对颅内动脉瘤的诊断应用价值。方法搜集非外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血或临床怀疑颅内动脉瘤病人60例,运用造影跟踪技术扫描,后处理工作站进行三维容积重建,MPR.MCP.MIP重建。结果 60例病人中发现动脉瘤65个,其中1例3个动脉瘤,3例2个动脉瘤,CTA所见动脉瘤大小、数目、载瘤动脉、瘤体朝向、瘤颈与手术所见或DSA完全相符。结论 16层螺旋CT血管成像能很好的显示颅内动脉瘤,是诊断颅内动脉瘤首选的方法。
Objective To investigate the value of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods Sixty patients with non-traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage or suspected intracranial aneurysm were enrolled in this study. Three-dimensional volume reconstruction and MPR.MCP.MIP reconstruction were performed by scanning and post-processing workstation using contrast tracking technique. Results A total of 65 aneurysms were found in 60 patients, including 3 aneurysms in 1 case and 2 aneurysms in 3 cases. The size, number, aneurysm, tumor-bearing artery, DSA exactly match. Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT angiography can display intracranial aneurysm well and is the first choice for the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm.
