以SZTF5600K-21/30支撑掩护式放顶煤过渡支架为研究对象,运用ABAQUS软件针对煤矿用液压支架通用技术条件中顶梁偏载、顶梁扭转、底座扭转3种工况进行整架强度有限元分析,研究了各工况下液压支架关键部件的应力分布特点,确定了液压支架的薄弱部位,提出改进方案并进行验证。
Taking SZTF5600K-21/30 supporting caving caving transitional brackets as the research object, ABAQUS software was used to analyze the strength of the whole frame under the conditions of partial load of top beam, top beam torsion and torsion of base in the general technical conditions of coal mine hydraulic support, Meta-analysis, the stress distribution characteristics of the key components of the hydraulic support under various operating conditions were studied, the weak parts of the hydraulic support were determined, and the improvement scheme was proposed and verified.
