护理服务质量对护理服务质量的控制是医院解决质量问题的主要因素,能使医生有效的发挥作用,并使病人感到舒适。主要控制方法是非正规的,通常由医生和病人在管理过程中对护理服务质量进行评价。如果医务人员发现护理服务质量有问题,他们将发挥质量控制作用。正规的组织途径是通过在第五章谈到的病人治疗委员会而起作用。非正规的方法是通过个别医生向护士长、医院管理者或管理委员会理事反映质量问题。那些对低劣的护理质量不满的医生,有到别处治疗病人的选择权。
The control of the quality of care services on the quality of care services is a major factor for hospitals to solve quality problems, enabling doctors to effectively perform their functions and make patients feel comfortable. The main control method is informal, and doctors and patients usually evaluate the quality of care in the management process. If medical personnel find problems in the quality of care services, they will play a role in quality control. The formal organizational approach works through the patient care committee discussed in Chapter 5. The informal approach is to reflect quality issues through individual doctors to head nurses, hospital administrators, or members of management committees. Those doctors who are dissatisfied with the quality of poor care have the option to treat patients elsewhere.
