大量研究结果表明人因是煤矿事故的主要致因,辨识和控制人因风险要素是减少煤矿事故发生的关键。研究提出了人因风险因素辨识三维结构模型,通过开展深度现场调研从安全管理流程、人员结构、事故案例3个层面甄别人因风险因素,构建了人因风险因素数据库,进行了人因风险评价。对样本煤矿进行风险评价的结论显示,员工个体风险因素的控制应是煤矿人因风险管理的重点。
Numerous research results show that human factors are the main cause of coal mine accidents. Identifying and controlling human factors of risk is the key to reduce coal mine accidents. The research proposed a human-caused risk factor identification three-dimensional structural model, through in-depth field research from the safety management process, personnel structure, accident case three levels of human factors of risk screening, the establishment of a human factors risk factor database, human risk assessment . The conclusion of the risk assessment of the sample coal mine shows that the control of the individual risk factors of the employees should be the focus of miners’ risk management.
