目的:考察柿树及其11种寄生植物齐墩果酸、熊果酸含量的关系。方法:采用RP-HPLC对桑寄生药材及其寄主植物齐墩果酸、熊果酸含量进行测定,齐墩果酸、熊果酸采用乙醇超声提取30 min,采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,流动相甲醇-乙腈-0.05%乙酸铵水溶液(12∶67∶21),流速1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长210 nm。结果:齐墩果酸和熊果酸的线性范围分别为2.34~375(r=0.999 9),5.21~834 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9),与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率依次为99.57%,99.72%;柿树枝齐墩果酸质量分数为0.382 6~0.541 1 mg·g-1,熊果酸质量分数为0.649 0~1.625 8 mg·g-1,柿树叶齐墩果酸质量分数为1.773 6~4.274 6 mg·g-1,熊果酸质量分数为6.023 7~9.398 0 mg·g-1;瘤果槲寄生枝齐墩果酸质量分数为1.221 4 mg·g-1,熊果酸质量分数为0,瘤果槲寄生叶齐墩果酸质量分数为10.815 8 mg·g-1,熊果酸质量分数为0;棱枝槲寄生齐墩果酸质量分数为7.158 9 mg·g-1,熊果酸质量分数为0;余下9种寄生齐墩果酸和熊果酸质量分数均为0。结论:柿树枝叶均含齐墩果酸、熊果酸。鞘花、三色鞘花、离瓣寄生、油茶离瓣寄生、五蕊寄生、红花寄生、小红花寄生(变种)、广寄生和大苞寄生9种寄生不含齐墩果酸、熊果酸。瘤果槲寄生和棱枝槲寄生含齐墩果酸,不含熊果酸。
Objective: To study the relationship between the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Persimmon and its 11 kinds of parasitic plants. Conclusion: Persimmon leaves contain oleanolic acid, ursolic acid.
