研究了高压静电场促进唐菖蒲种球萌发及提前开花、延长花期的效应。结果表明,100×30kv.min/m的处理可显著地提高唐菖蒲种球的活力指数、过氧化物酶活性,增加可溶性蛋白质和总糖含量;平均每穗小花数增加5朵,花茎增长7.4厘米,花期延长4天。
The effects of high voltage electrostatic field on the germination and flowering of gladiolus bulbs were studied. The results showed that 100 × 30kv.min / m could significantly increase the vigor index and peroxidase activity of Gladiolus corns, and increase the content of soluble protein and total sugar. The average number of small flowers per panicle increased by 5 and the stems increased by 7.4 Cm, flowering extended for 4 days.
