提出了一种基于同态解卷的脉搏系统分析模型 ,研究了脉搏信号同态解卷的实现方法。获得了人体脉搏系统的传递函数和心脏激励源的特征波形。实验结果表明 ,健康人滑脉和平脉的脉搏系统分别具有 2个和 3个共振峰 ,动脉狭窄的脉搏系统存在 4个共振峰 ;用此方法获得的心脏激励源波形与左心室音的压力波形十分相似。说明本文的方法不仅可分析脉搏传输系统的特性 ,而且可分析心脏搏动节律的变异性、揭示心脏动力学的某些要素。用一种整体性的分析模型研究人体脉搏系统要比局部的力学模型更为有效
A pulse system analysis model based on homomorphic unwrapping is proposed. The realization of the homomorphic unwrapping of pulse signals is studied. The transfer function of the human pulse system and the characteristic waveform of the cardiac excitation source are obtained. The experimental results show that the pulsating system of healthy human Huaipi and Pingmai has two resonance peaks and three resonance peaks, respectively. The pulse system of arterial stenosis has four resonance peaks. The waveform of cardiac excitation source and the pressure waveform of left ventricular tone look alike. This method can not only analyze the characteristics of pulse transmission system, but also analyze the variability of heart beat rhythm and reveal some elements of cardiac dynamics. It is more effective than the local mechanical model to study the body’s pulse system with a holistic analytical model
