目的:探讨药物对颅脑伤后血糖水平的影响。方法:采用颅脑外伤液压致伤装置制作颅脑伤动物模型,动态观察药物对血糖水平的影响。结果:(1)地塞米松+ 10% 葡萄糖+ 胰岛素药物组和地塞米松+ 20% 甘露醇+ 胰岛素组,对颅脑伤后的高血糖具有治疗作用。(2)单纯应用20% 甘露醇,在72 h 内对颅脑伤大鼠具显著的降血糖作用。(3)纳络酮能够显著降低颅脑伤大鼠的血糖含量,给药后24 h 作用最为显著,72 h 时仍能维持很好的疗效。结论:甘露醇、纳络酮和适度的p H 值,对颅脑伤动物具有降血糖作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of drugs on blood glucose level after craniocerebral injury. Methods: The craniocerebral injury model was established by using the hydraulic trauma device of craniocerebral trauma and the effect of drugs on blood glucose level was dynamically observed. Results: (1) Dexamethasone + 10% glucose + insulin group and dexamethasone + 20% mannitol + insulin group had a therapeutic effect on hyperglycemia after TBI. (2) The pure application of 20% mannitol had significant hypoglycemic effect on brain injury in rats within 72 hours. (3) Naloxone can significantly reduce blood glucose in rats with traumatic brain injury, the most obvious effect 24 h after administration, 72 h still can maintain a good effect. Conclusion: Mannitol, naloxone and moderate p H values have hypoglycemic effects on animals with craniocerebral injury.
