在抽水蓄能电站运行优化过程中,从抽水蓄能电站参与负荷分配使火电机组运行环境改善的角度出发,提出了对火电机组承担的负荷曲线波动程度进行量化的思想和方法。以负荷曲线量化值最小为目标函数,在计及各种约束条件下运用动态规划法对抽水蓄能电站运行进行优化。并以广东省电网为例,对惠州抽水蓄能电站进行了运行优化,结果显示优化后火电机组承担的负荷曲线波动程度降低,提高了火电机组的发电负荷率,并对供电煤耗进行了校验。结论表明,对火电机组承担的负荷曲线波动程度进行定量计算的方法对抽水蓄能电站的优化运行调度有一定的指导意义。
In the process of pumped storage power plant operation optimization, from the point of view of load sharing of pumped storage power station to improve the operating environment of thermal power plant, the idea and method to quantify the fluctuation of load curve assumed by thermal power plant are proposed. Taking the minimum of the quantitative value of load curve as the objective function, the dynamic programming method is used to optimize the operation of pumped storage power station under various constraints. Taking Guangdong Power Grid as an example, the operation optimization of Huizhou pumped storage power station was carried out. The results show that the fluctuation of load curve of thermal power units is reduced after optimization, and the power generation load rate of thermal power units is increased. The coal consumption of power supply is verified . The conclusion shows that the method of quantitatively calculating the degree of fluctuation of load curve undertaken by thermal power units is of guiding significance to the optimal operation scheduling of pumped storage power station.
