以大唐宁德电厂2×600MW机组为研究对象,针对汽轮机机组高压主气门以及高中调门阀门所存在的问题进行分析,研究单阀/顺序阀的基本控制原理,提出一种针对汽轮机机组高压主汽门以及高中调门阀门曲线参数进行优化的实验及执行方案。实验研究结果表明:在针对曲线参数进行优化处理的基础之上,整个汽轮机机组的控制稳定性以及运行经济性均得到了显著提升,综合效益极为显著,值得大力推广与应用。
Taking the 2 × 600MW unit of Datang Ningde Power Plant as the research object, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the high pressure main valve and the high-pressure regulating valve of steam turbine unit, studies the basic control principle of single-valve / sequential valve, Door and high school tune the valve curve parameters to optimize the experiment and implementation of the program. The experimental results show that on the basis of optimization of the curve parameters, the control stability and operation economy of the whole steam turbine unit have been significantly improved, and the comprehensive benefit is extremely significant, which is worthy of promotion and application.
