依然是例行的人才市场每周行情分析,有一组数据引起了我极大的兴趣。据5月12日至5月19日《浦东人才》网22类招聘职位的招聘信息统计表明,在一周需求的426个职位中,对“三校”中等学历开放的职位有238个,占招聘总数的37.5%,大专学历占36.1%。大学本科占15%,按照人才结构组合的“金字塔”原理,并无异常可言。但是令人惊讶的是,经过网上供需匹配,大专以上应聘成功率为30.6%,而“三校”层面的职位的应聘成功率居然是0%!
