本文简要地叙述了在电缆生产中测量并控制外径的意义,讨论了目前常用的各种测量外径方法的优缺点,提出了最适用的方法——激光扫描法。文中提出了激光扫描法在光学设计中必须注意的几个问题,特别是对于大口径电缆的测量要注意的问题,推导了设计公式,分析了主要误差的来源和克服方法,同时也给出了电路的简明原理、方框图以及在电路设计中提高精度的方法。
This article briefly describes the meaning of measuring and controlling the outside diameter in the cable production, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used methods of measuring the outside diameter and puts forward the most suitable method - the laser scanning method. In this paper, several problems which must be paid attention to in the optical design of laser scanning are put forward. Especially for the problems that should be paid attention to in the measurement of large-diameter cables, the design formulas are deduced, the sources of the main errors and the methods to overcome them are analyzed, The concise principle of the circuit, the block diagram and the method of improving the precision in the circuit design.
