放线菌SIPI-9764的发酵液经溶媒萃取、硅胶柱层析和结晶等,分离出2个异黄酮类化合物,命名为SIPI-9764-Ⅰ和-Ⅱ。通过对其理化性质和UV、IR、MS、NMR图谱的分析,确定化合物SIPI-9764-Ⅰ和-Ⅱ分别为4′,5,7-Trihydoxyisoflavone和4′,7-Dihydroxyisoflavone,与已知的金雀异黄素(genistein)和黄豆苷元(Daidzein)相一致。两个化合物显示出一定的Na+/K+ATPase抑制活性和抗虫活性,其在1mg/ml的浓度对线虫的击倒率分别为73%和64%。
Actinomycete SIPI-9764 fermentation broth by solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography and crystallization, isolated two isoflavones compounds, named SIPI-9764-Ⅰ and-Ⅱ. The compounds SIPI-9764-I and -II were determined to be 4 ’, 5,7-Trihydoxyisoflavone and 4’, 7-Dihydroxyisoflavone, respectively, by their physicochemical properties and UV, IR, MS and NMR spectra. Genistein and Daidzein are consistent. The two compounds showed certain Na + / K + ATPase inhibitory activity and insecticidal activity, and the knockdown rates of nematodes at the concentration of 1 mg / ml were 73% and 64% respectively.
