本文通过考察都市报崛起的历史背景,分析新媒体环境下都市报生存与发展所面临的危机,指出这种危机既与互联网等新媒体的挑战有关,更与都市报自身的发展趋向有关;而都市报发展的出路仍在于自身:首先要靠自身“硬”——直面社会突出问题与矛盾,担当道义,重塑“风骨”;在新媒体环境下,发挥新闻的专业化、规范化优势,引导民间舆论的健全发展,并以此提升都市报的竞争力。
By examining the historical background of the rise of Metropolis Daily, this article analyzes the crisis faced by the Metropolis Daily in the new media environment. It points out that this crisis is not only related to the challenge of new media such as the Internet, but also to Metropolis Daily’s own development trend.
