利用有限元软件ABAQUS对腹板开孔的轻钢龙骨在均布荷载作用下的抗弯性能进行了分析。将有限元分析结果与有限条分析软件CUFSM的分析结果及试验结果进行对比分析,验证了ABAQUS在分析腹板开孔轻钢龙骨抗弯性能时的可靠性。在此基础上,考虑腹板开孔排数、钢板厚度、腹板高度等参数的影响,研究了轻钢龙骨在均布荷载作用下的抗弯性能及龙骨的破坏模式,并确定影响墙体抗弯性能的主要因素。根据分析结果,建议龙骨腹板通长开孔,以方便实现工业化批量生产。
The flexural behavior of light steel keel with web openings under uniform load was analyzed by finite element software ABAQUS. The finite element analysis results are compared with the finite element analysis software CUFSM analysis results and test results to verify the reliability of ABAQUS in the analysis of the bending performance of light steel keel with web openings.
