考评结果反馈是军事人才考评工作中非常重要的一个环节。军事人才考评结果能否促进他们的工作积极性,提高他们的能力和素质,关键是考评结果能否积极、有效、准确的反馈给军事人才。实际上,各级领导和政治机关并不重视军事人才考评结果反馈,而只是将考评结果通知本人,导致考评工作结束之后,军事人才的活力并未完全挖掘出来。为此,必须认真准备、积极做好考评结果反馈,使考评结果真实、全面地呈现在军事人才的面前。
The evaluation result feedback is a very important link in the evaluation of military personnel. Whether the results of military personnel assessment can promote their enthusiasm for work and improve their abilities and qualities depends on whether the test results can be positively, effectively and accurately fed back to military personnel. In fact, leaders and political organs at all levels do not pay much attention to the feedback from military personnel evaluation results, but only inform themselves of the results of the assessment. As a result, the vitality of military personnel has not been fully tapped after the assessment work is over. To this end, we must earnestly prepare and actively do a good job in feedbacking the assessment results so that the assessment results are truly and completely presented to the military professionals.
