作为食品添加剂的“王者”之一,糖精一百多年的发展历程,折射出食品添加剂从粗放、冒险到科学、规范的演变过程糖精可以算是一种家喻户晓的食品添加剂。它曾经是甜味剂中无可争议的王者,也曾经带来过许多恐慌。在过去的一百多年中,糖精经历了无数风雨。故事是美国的,是上个世纪、甚至上上个世纪的。从中,我们仍然可以看见一些熟悉的影子——在食品安全和管理上,我们仿佛在重复着别人的故事。
As one of the “king” of food additives, the development of saccharin over one hundred years reflects that the evolution of food additives from extensive to adventurous to scientific and standardized. Saccharin can be regarded as a well-known food additive. It used to be the undisputed king of sweeteners and has caused many panic attacks. Over the past hundred years, saccharin has experienced countless storms. The story is the United States, is the last century, and even last century. From there, we can still see some familiar shadow - in the food safety and management, we seem to repeat the story of others.
