针对机车车辆建模复杂,难以进行有效控制的问题,提出了基于约束广义预测控制的机车车辆半主动悬挂控制系统设计方法。广义预测控制具有模型精度要求低、鲁棒性好等特点,加入约束条件的广义预测控制系统,可有效解决控制系统复杂性与模型精度的矛盾,并适用于控制系统输出量有约束的情况,仿真表明该控制系统能有效提高提速车辆的运行平稳性。
Aiming at the problem that the modeling of rolling stock is complicated and it is difficult to control effectively, the design method of semi-active suspension control system for rolling stock based on constrained generalized predictive control is proposed. Generalized predictive control has the characteristics of low precision and good robustness. The generalized predictive control system with constraint conditions can effectively solve the contradiction between the complexity of the control system and the accuracy of the model, and is suitable for the case that the output of the control system is constrained. Simulation results show that the control system can effectively improve the running stability of speeding vehicles.
