研制了具有等温锻功能的80 MN锻造液压机液压控制系统。针对能量损耗低和控制精度高的要求,采用了西门子S7-400 PLC与Trio控制器相结合的控制方案,PLC实现液压泵的控制、电液伺服阀的切换、工作台控制、加热与冷却系统控制、润滑系统控制及安全监测;Trio完成速度控制与平度控制的任务,获得了预期的控制结果。
The 80 MN forging hydraulic machine hydraulic control system with isothermal forging function was developed. For low energy loss and high control precision requirements, using Siemens S7-400 PLC and Trio controller combination of control programs, PLC control of the hydraulic pump, electro-hydraulic servo valve switching, table control, heating and cooling system Control, lubrication system control and safety monitoring.
