目的:对复方降糖方提取工艺进行探讨。方法:水提取工艺以多糖得率为考察指标,醇提取工艺以栀子苷为考察指标,分别采用正交设计法对其最佳提取工艺条件进行优选。结果:6倍量水回流提取3次,每次2h,提取液合并浓缩至1g/mL,醇沉浓度为90%,放置时间24h为最佳水提取工艺条件;醇提取最佳工艺条件为:药材加65%乙醇10倍量提取2次,每次2h。结论:试验结果为确定复方降糖方的提取工艺提供了试验依据。
Objective: To explore the extraction process of compound Jiangtangfang. Methods: The water extraction process was based on the yield of polysaccharides. The glycinside was used as the inspection index in the alcohol extraction process. The optimum extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal design. RESULTS: 6 times volume of water was extracted and refluxed 3 times, each time for 2 h, the extract was concentrated to 1 g/mL, the alcohol concentration was 90%, and the optimal time for water extraction was 24 h. The optimal conditions for alcohol extraction were as follows: Herbs plus 65% ethanol 10 times the amount of extraction 2 times, each time 2h. Conclusion: The test results provide experimental basis for determining the extraction process of compound Jiangtangfang.
