课堂教学设计是课堂教学的首要环节,是教师在分析教学材料、学生学习需要和学习者特征基础上对课堂情况进行预设的一个重要手段,是对课程、教材的研究能力与实践能力等专业素质的综合体现,也是直接影响课堂教学质量的决定性一环。优化课堂教学设计是奠定成功课堂的基础和保证,我们狠抓课堂教学设计的教学目标制定、师生双边活动、各环节设置三个要素,促使教师养成认真研究教材、课程标准、学生的习惯,提高教师的课程执行力。
