目的研究西藏秦艽Gentiana tibetica花的化学成分。方法采用正相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、反相C18柱色谱及制备高效液相等色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据IR、ESI-MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从西藏秦艽花的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为macrophylloside D(1)、orientin 7-caffeate(2)、7-O-feruloylorientin(3)、异牡荆黄素(4)、皂草黄苷(5)、异荭草苷(6)、6′-O-β-D-葡萄糖基龙胆苦苷(7)、獐牙菜苷(8)、獐牙菜苦苷(9)、落干酸(10)、二十一烷醇(11)、蔗糖(12)。结论化合物1~12均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Gentiana tibetica in Tibet. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by normal phase silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, reversed-phase C18 column chromatography and preparative HPLC. The structures of compounds were identified by IR, ESI-MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of the flower of Gentiana macrophylla in Tibet and identified as macrophylloside D (1), orientin 7-caffeate (2), 7-O-feruloylorientin (3) 4, Scutellarin (5), Isoorientin (6), 6’-O-β-D-glucosyl gentiopicroside (7), Swertia glycoside (8) Glycosides (9), ascorbic acid (10), henicosyl alcohol (11), sucrose (12). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 12 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
