目的研究珍龙醒脑胶囊对电刺激颈总动脉大鼠血管阻塞及大脑中动脉缺血再灌注大鼠神经功能、血小板聚集、脑指数、脑梗死范围的影响。方法 50只Wistar大鼠随机分5组,空白组、珍龙醒脑胶囊(ZLXN)低、中、高剂量组和脑心通胶囊组(NXT组)。采用电刺激颈总动脉血栓形成造模,测试珍龙醒脑胶囊对血管阻塞时间的影响;48只Wistar大鼠随机分为6组,假手术组、模型组、ZLXN低、中、高剂量组和NXT组,线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型,观察珍龙醒脑胶囊对大脑中动脉缺血再灌注大鼠神经功能、血小板聚集、脑指数、脑梗死范围的影响。结果珍龙醒脑胶囊能延长大鼠电刺激颈总动脉血管阻塞时间、降低脑缺血再灌注神经功能评分、降低血小板聚集率、降低脑指数、使脑梗死体积变小。结论珍龙醒脑胶囊对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有较好的保护作用。
Objective To study the effect of Zhenlong Xingnao Capsule on the neurological function, platelet aggregation, cerebral index and the extent of cerebral infarction in rats with carotid artery occlusion and middle cerebral artery occlusion induced by electrical stimulation. Methods Fifty Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: blank group, ZLXN low, medium and high dose groups and Naoxintong capsule group (NXT group). The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: sham operation group, model group, ZLXN low, medium and high dose groups And NXT group. The model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in rats was established by thread occlusion. The effects of Zhenlongxingnao Capsule on the neurological function, platelet aggregation, cerebral index and infarct extent of middle cerebral artery occlusion rats were observed. Results Zhenlongxingnao Capsule could prolong the time of electrical stimulation of common carotid artery in rats, decrease the neurological function score of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, reduce the platelet aggregation rate, decrease the cerebral index and make the volume of cerebral infarction smaller. Conclusion Zhenlong Capsule Capsule has a good protective effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
