二十世纪六、七十年代以来出现的大量政治经济研究集中关注经济政策背后的政治活动,本文按学科属性将这类研究归为经济学的政治经济研究,以区别于其他学科如政治学或历史学的政治经济研究,这有助于澄清当前因“新政治经济学”这一笼统概念所产生的认知混淆。本文提出,经济学之所以进行非市场领域的分析,归根结底是为了降低或避免市场失灵,仅从这一点看,经济学的政治经济研究与主流经济学非但不是背道而驰,而是志趣相投。
A large number of political and economic studies that have taken place since the 1960s and 1970s have focused on the political activities behind economic policies. In this dissertation, these studies are classified as political and economic researches in economics by academic attributes to distinguish them from other disciplines such as political science or Political and economic history studies have helped to clarify the current level of cognitive confusion created by the general concept of “new political economy.” This paper argues that the reason why economics does non-market analysis in the final analysis is to reduce or avoid market failure. Only from this point of view, the study of political economy in economics not only runs counter to mainstream economics, but has similar interests.
