本文介绍了一种制造误差检测装置设计原理与实现方法。该装置采用主从模式构建,充分结合PC机与单片机各自的功能和优势,能够完成零件尺寸误差计算机检测和统计分析,并自动生成分析报告、提出控制误差的建议。
This paper introduces a design of manufacturing error detection device and its realization. The device adopts master-slave mode construction, fully combines the respective functions and advantages of PC and SCM, and can complete the computer detection and statistical analysis of the part size error, and automatically generate the analysis report and propose the control error.
