目的评估电动甲磨削术联合5%阿莫罗芬治疗甲真菌病的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照单盲临床试验。将甲真菌病患者224例随机分为两组,实验组115例采用德国洁兰赫公司电动甲磨削仪器对病甲进行磨削,1次/月,联合5%阿莫罗芬,1次/周,连续治疗6个月;对照组109例单纯外用5%阿莫罗芬,1次/周,连续治疗6个月。结果实验组痊愈率为51.30%,有效率为73.91%,真菌清除率为75.00%;对照组分别为30.28%,52.29%和60.71%,电动甲磨削术联合5%阿莫罗芬的痊愈率、有效率和真菌清除率均优于单纯外用5%阿莫罗芬,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论采用甲磨削术联合5%阿莫罗芬治疗甲真菌病有较好疗效,为临床上单纯外用药物疗效不佳或无法系统用药的甲真菌病患者提供了新的选择。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of electric nail ablation combined with 5% amorolfine in the treatment of onychomycosis. Methods Randomized controlled single blind clinical trials. One hundred and twenty-four patients with onychomycosis were randomly divided into two groups. One hundred and fifty-one patients in the experimental group were treated with electric nail grinding machine / Week, continuous treatment for 6 months; control group, 109 cases of external use of 5% amorolfine, 1 / week, continuous treatment for 6 months. Results In the experimental group, the cure rate was 51.30%, the effective rate was 73.91% and the fungal clearance rate was 75.00%. The control group was 30.28%, 52.29% and 60.71% respectively. The cure rate of electric nail grinding combined with 5% amorolfine (P <0.05). The effective rate and the rate of fungal elimination were all better than those of 5% amorolfine alone. The differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusions A nail grinding combined with 5% amorolfine for the treatment of onychomycosis has a good curative effect. It provides a new choice for patients with onychomycosis who have poor curative effect or can not be used systematically in clinic.
